Context

Powder-Trans Ab Oy, founded in 1972, has grown into one of the largest powder transport operators in the Nordics. In addition to transport operations, the company manufactures and services equipment and provides warehousing services for customers in Finland and Sweden.

As the business expanded, inventory and workshop parts management became increasingly complex. Powder-Trans needed a solution that works seamlessly across different units and use cases—while providing real-time visibility without heavy manual processes.

When needed, customers can be given their own user credentials to monitor their inventory balances directly in the system.

The Cloud Assets mobile app has brought significant efficiency to inventory management. Using QR product codes, stock levels can be increased or decreased directly on site without manual entries.

Paper lists and office-based reconciliations are now a thing of the past, and everyday warehouse work has become significantly faster.
