Context
Inhouse Partners Oy is a company specialized in cleaning services, aiming to provide consistently high-quality service to its customers, continuously improve its operations, and grow in a controlled manner. In the cleaning industry, everyday work is mobile and fast-paced: there are many client sites, work shifts change frequently, and service quality depends on effective operations management and smooth information flow between the field and the office.
As the business grows, two critical areas become increasingly important: operational efficiency and sales control. Inhouse Partners wanted solutions that would bring the entire chain under better control—from work management and time tracking to reporting, customer relationship management, and contract administration.
The chosen solution was the Clean Cloud software suite, which Inhouse Partners has developed in close cooperation with Cloud Group Oy.
